Dem Smokey Bones, founded by Jermare "Jay" Clinton in Allen, TX, specializes in authentic Cajun cuisine. We proudly offer catering, pickup, and delivery services to serve our local community. Each meal is crafted with care, celebrating the bold flavors and time-honored traditions of Cajun cooking. In addition to expanding our event catering, we're excited to introduce our signature seasoning line for retail.
